ThriftEd is Nairobi's curated thrift edition — a home for second-hand fashion that's been cleaned, graded, photographed and authenticated before it ever reaches you.

Why we started

Nairobi has some of the most incredible second-hand clothing in the world. But finding the good stuff meant hours digging through bales with no guarantee of what you'd walk away with. We thought the city deserved better — a place where every piece is hand-picked, honestly described, and delivered to your door by boda.

How it works

Independent curators across Kenya run their own closets on ThriftEd. They source from verified bales, estate sales and community consignment, then grade and list each piece. You follow the curators whose taste matches yours, shop the weekly Friday drops, and pay with M-Pesa in seconds.

What we stand for

• Authenticity first. Designer pieces are third-party verified, with a certificate in the box.
• Honest grading. What you see is what you get — every flaw is photographed and noted.
• Circular by default. Every piece rehomed is one less in a landfill.
• Built in Kenya. Same-day boda delivery in Nairobi, nationwide courier everywhere else. 🇰🇪
