Every order on ThriftEd is covered by Buyer Protection — so you can shop with total confidence.

What's covered

• Authenticity guarantee. Designer items are verified; if one is ever found inauthentic, you're fully refunded.
• As-described promise. If a piece arrives materially different from its listing, you can return it within 3 days of delivery.
• Secure payments. Pay with M-Pesa or card through trusted, encrypted gateways. We never see your PIN or card number.
• Real humans. Every curator is verified, and our team is one WhatsApp away if something goes wrong.

How returns work

If an item isn't as described, open My Orders in your profile and tap Request Return within 3 days of delivery. Once the curator receives the piece back in its original condition, your refund is sent to M-Pesa within 24 hours. See the full returns policy →

What's not covered

• Change-of-mind returns on final-clearance or sale items.
• Wear, damage or alterations that happen after delivery.
• Orders collected and confirmed as received without a reported issue.
